An easy shrimp recipe to serve as an appetizer, with pasta, side with steak or tacos.
For this recipe we used 16-20 count size. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel and devein shrimp. Pat dry. Place shrimp in a large bowl and toss them with our Boss BBQ ‘Jalapeño/Lime’ rub. Next place shrimp in a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Bake the shrimp for 2-3 minutes remove from oven and flip the shrimp. Return them back into the oven for another 2-3 minutes. Make sure to not over cook them!
Remove the shrimp from the oven and enjoy!
