Ray Stephens is the owner and mastermind behind Boss BBQ. He has always enjoyed cooking and has carried on traditional family recipes. Over the years he has cooked with many different commercially made sauces and rubs. He decided to experiment with ingredients to come up with a healthier version of sauces that were more versatile for use in different applications such as marinades, dipping and basting. All products are great to use on chicken, beef, pork, fish and shellfish.
